THE TERMS & CONDITIONS SMALL PRINT PLEASE READ

Reservations                                                                                                                                                                    A Non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure a booking. 6 weeks prior to departure the balance is due plus a Refundable £150 security breakage deposit. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until I have received the reservation payment in cleared funds.  Payments should be made via Paypal through our secure online booking system.                                                                           All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.                                                                                                    *(Compulsory)* 70 Euro entry/exit cleaning charge is payable to key holder on arrival, linen and towels included free of charge.

Cancellation                                                                                                                                                                        Reservation payments are non-refundable however if I am successful in re-letting the property you will be refunded 70% of your payment subject to 28 days notice being provided via e-mail or in writing.

Arrival                                                                                                                                                                              On the day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 2:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate you before this time. The apartment should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure however if you require this to be later please make your request via e-mail, and if the later departure time can be offered by the cleaning company I will advise you accordingly.

Number and identity of the guests                                                                                                                         The client will inform me of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by us, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorised to use the apartment.

Behaviour                                                                                                                                                                     The client reserving the apartment will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, I shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the property without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.      Liabilities                                                                                                                                                                     I as the owner of the property, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.

This is a non-smoking apartment, sorry no pets allowed.                                                                Beach Towels are NOT supplied. Please DO NOT remove towels from apartment.


How Does the Security Deposit Work?

The security deposit is withheld until the apartment has been fully checked on the day of your departure and we have received confirmation from the key holder that all is in order. A full refunded will then be returned to you with our gratitude for appreciating our apartment.

Is Maid Service Included?

The property is self-catering. The apartment will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned once again upon your departure hence the *(Compulsory) cleaning charge. We have supplied initial cleaning supplies plus a brush, mop and vacumn cleaner are provided for your convenience. NOTE: Please replace what cleaning supplies you use for the convenience of other guests Thank you. Maid service can be arranged for an additional fee, booked and paid for locally.

Access

Resort Entry/Exit can only be made through the security gates. The La Torre Golf Resort is secure with 24-hour security patrol and vehicle number plate recognition at point of entry, ensuring a feeling of safety and peace of mind.

Apartment block entry is controlled by key or intercom system. Secure underground parking with automated access doors and lift access to apartment. Access to the pool is via a few steps, and we suggest that this would not be ideal for wheelchairs.
